Bullying issues are complex, therefore the isolated impact of individual organizations may be a drop in the Ocean, hence “The Initiative” our Collective Approach. We do acknowledge that Bullying is part and parcel of social problems that arise from the interplay of governmental policies and commercial activities. It is against this understanding that we see complex issues that affect individual or society, needing collective engagement. We believe that every citizen has a role to play to stop the epidemic of bullying and all workplaces, schools and communities must promote a bully-free environment. The effects of bullying can be detrimental and in some cases irreparable.
