families, schools and entire communities need to work together to oppose bullying
There are policies against bullying and harassment in most work places or schools, but the
problems and behaviours of bullying are prevalent. NBIT’s approach to address bullying is
strength based using the New Zealanders’ shared strong national identity, a sense of
belonging and cultural diversity where all different ethnic, gender, racial, and socioeconomic
groups coexist. To achieve our vision, we use a simple model that is based on natural and legal
rights.
